This 20mm rod was just a left-over. ## Design Details Hook leaves about 0.5mm wiggle room on each side. I recommend to print one hook at 100% scale, test it on the rail and then scale the remaining hooks in X and Y accordingly. Height of hooks is 3mm by default, image shows hook scaled in Z to 5mm. I recommend hook2 because the other one is open and not very secure on the rail. Round part of hook has a diameter of 12mm. I will make a few more diameters in the future. Please leave a comment if you need a specific diameter. The ends for the rod leave 0.5mm wiggle room on each side. It's made for a 20mm rod but inside it's 21mm (21x21mm square hole). The hole for the screw of the suction cup is 4.5mm diameter to fit a M4 screw. Optionally, the ends can be secured with a small wood screw, inserted from behind. I decided that I don't need an additional screw because with two suction cups at each end it's holding tight without problem. With the room of 0.5mm the rod tilts a little bit toward the front due to the weight of the kitchen tools. <s>But that's no problem. The suction cup holds that.</s> To prevent the rod from falling off the wall, I made a holder that fits into the middle of the rod for additional support. ## Print Instructions Print the end standing upright as if the Z axis would go through it. That makes it easier to get the supports out. If it's printed flat then there's a high chance of damaging the rod ends when removing the supports. The strength should not be impeded a lot when printed upright. Print the end standing upright as if the Z axis would go through it. Print one hook at 100% scale, test it on the rail and then scale the remaining hooks. Scaling for other rod sizes probably possible but then needs a drill for correct screw hole size. ### Materials Needed

2x suction cup with M4 thread (or more).
(optional) 3mm wood screw, 6mm long.
(optional) 2mm drill.
(optional) painter's tape or similar.
## Assembly Instructions

Print parts.
