My wife and I finally took matters into our own hands after enduring one too many battles over the barbecue grill and stove. We headed down to our local Kroger and picked up a pair of "EverydayLiving" kitchen timers, thinking they would make life easier for us. Unfortunately, these timers have a major design flaw - both knobs broke off in exactly the same way just a few short weeks after we started using them. A kitchen timer without a functioning knob is essentially useless, making it impossible to keep track of cooking times. Luckily, I was able to 3D-print replacement knobs that fit perfectly into the mechanism and seem to be working flawlessly so far - talk about a double bonus for fixing one issue and having it pay off twice!
