Kitchen Sponge and Brush Washing Up Storage Rack

<p>I wanted a solution to store washing up implement that fitted the style of my kitchen better. Also I prefer to use jumbo sponges so made sure it was large enough to handle these. This also includes a removable drip tray. which catches the water from the sponge etc and can be removed and washed easily. I've been using this for 4 years now with no issues.</p><p>All parts have been designed with FDM printing in mind. You could also make this taller or shorter by printing additional parts or making alterations in your slicer.&nbsp;</p><p>Material choice is up to you. it really doesn't need to be too strong so any rigid filament will do.</p><p>Printed in 0.2mm layer height.</p><p>10% infill except the base. I used a modifier to make the base plate itself 100% to add a bit of weight &nbsp;although having printed it I don't think this was necessary. Weight distribution seems good enough on its own to keep it upright.&nbsp;</p><p>I used a high quality Polyurethane clear coat on top op the painted finish to ensure a food-safe finish. I built this up rather thick so even though you can see the layer lines &nbsp;they are actually smoothed out by the clear coat.&nbsp;</p><p>Feel free to comment with feedback/questions.&nbsp;</p>
