<h1>Kitchen Skirting Board</h1> With a kitchen island, traditional fixing clips for skirting boards only fit on two opposite sides of the four available sites around the island. The two face-side boards rely solely on small corner pieces for appearance's sake, but not for actual board connection. Our Roomba constantly knocks these boards over, which is why I created this bracket to secure the faceboard in place. This innovative bracket slides smoothly into slots within the boards and accommodates the corner pieces as well. I designed two sizes of brackets due to a one-foot gap between the entire island and the corner, which prevented the use of four printed parts. These custom-designed brackets were printed without support, using standard PLA material.
