Kitchen sink strainer

To prevent my kitchen sink strainer from breaking again, I devised a shower-type strainer that fits into the drain cup where the standard strainer basket sits. Although this design doesn't allow water collection in the sink, it should be sturdy and handle boiling water and heavy pots without issue. A minor flaw is a 5mm gap on the sides, which I will address in future revisions. Traditional repair methods involve removing the plumbing tail, cup assembly, and installing a new one with plumber's putty; however, I found an easier approach. Additionally, strainer baskets are not very efficient for me, as it is just as easy to clean debris from the sink bottom using a sponge, and having a flat sink bottom makes this task simpler. The strainer component is printed with 3mm ABS filament and 0.3mm layer height, ensuring no fine-grained details are lost. To avoid overhang issues, the slope leading to the open end should be gradual.
