Kitchen Sink Hole Cover v18

I Made This To Cover And Replace The Broken And Lost Kitchen Sink Hole Cover That Eventually Broke, Got Lost, Got Found Then Lost Again, Lol. It Was Put In A "Safe Place" To Be 3D Designed Later But It's So Safe I Forgot Where It Was, Lolz. So I Decided To Make This From Scratch Using Two DIY Silicone Gaskets That You Can Buy From Places Like Ebay, The Magic Words To Use Are: Silicone O-Ring Cord. With These, You Can Make Any Size O-Ring You Want! The O-Ring Cord I Bought Is 2mm Thick, And It Comes In Two Types: Black - Shore 90 (Harder) And Orange/Brown - Shore 60 (Softer). As You Can See From The Photos, The Top Cover Has An O-Ring Inside That Meets The Metal Of The Kitchen Sink, And The 'Washer' Has An O-Ring In It To Meet The Lip Under The Cover Which Gets Tightened By The Nut Underneath The Washer Thus Locking It In Place. The Orange-Coloured O-Ring Cord Is Softer Than The Black One Because I Didn't Want The Nut To Need Excessive Tightening, And Hand-Tight Is Good Enough. But If You Do Need To Use A Spanner, Be Careful Not To Over-Tighten Or You Risk Damaging The Plastic Nut/Screw. This Design Can Be Used For Many Other Applications Besides Waterproofing A Kitchen Sink Hole. I Want To Thank Mike Mattala Again For Creating The Bolt And Nut That I Used In My Design. Full Credit Goes To Him For Those Parts, But I Did Design The Vent From Scratch. The Nut And Bolt Selection Was Taken From Thingiverse, Specifically This Design By Mike Mattala: (Http://Www.Thingiverse.Com/Thing:193647). I Remixed It Into My Own Design And Used The Nut Without Modification. I Had To Make A Small Adjustment To The Design After It Started To Un-Screw Itself. So I Cut The Nut-Joiner In Half, Re-Printed The Two Halves, Then Tightened One By Hand First, Chamfered Side Up, Then Screwed In The Second Nut Joiner, Chamfered Side Down. This Has Held Up Even Better With No More Unscrewing Of The Hole Cover!
