High-quality models feature logically named objects and materials that ensure precision and realism. Each object is carefully grouped together with attention to scale and proportion. Every model has a clean and unwrapped UVW format, providing versatility and ease of use. Supported file formats include: 3ds Max 2014 (V-Ray), 3ds Max 2011 (V-Ray), FBX (multi-format), and OBJ (multi-format). For optimal visualization, materials are included in a separate FBX or OBJ file called Material Library. Textures can be easily added with the use of JPEG (.jpg) format. To simplify export, models are carefully exported to a standard and clean scene using Scanline Renderer for maximum reliability. In addition, VRay materials are saved alongside the model. To view these materials, simply toggle on the VRay renderer and use "Pick Material from Object." Please note that this model does not include lighting fixtures, flooring, or background images used in visualizations.
