We couldn't budge the tight plastic insert on our kitchen faucet; something was probably bent, preventing us from pulling out the sprayer. The 3D printer proved to be just what we needed. Initially, there wasn't a slit from top to bottom on the original part. To simplify the process, I decided to add it myself, thus eliminating the need to take apart the faucet in order to install the bushing around the hose. Print Settings: Rafts: Not really necessary Supports: Don't bother with those either Resolution: My layer height was set at a rather thin 0.1mm Infill: A dense infill of 100% should do the trick Notes: Made from ABS
