Kitchen Pot Lid Holder v4

I've upgraded the design to make it easier to assemble and install. The tapered edges now allow for a smooth drop-in of the lid, while reducing filament usage. Alignment pins have also been added to the front and back pieces for precise fitment. To create this assembly, print two pairs of these parts at 20% infill with no supports. This will ensure that each piece is sturdy yet lightweight. The smaller thin piece should be placed against the door to prevent any potential damage or marking. For securing the mount, use #8 1-inch wood screws. Drill a pilot hole first to avoid damaging the door, but make sure not to drill all the way through. This will ensure a secure and stable installation. I recommend using a high-quality lid that fits perfectly between the two printed pieces. I personally use an RSVP Endurance Stainless Steel Universal Lid with Adjustable Steam Vent, which measures 12-1/2-inches by 12-1/2-inches by 3-inches. This versatile lid is perfect for various cooking tasks and can be adjusted to suit different needs.
