Kitchen Knife Mandoline / Slicer

I needed a simple way to turn a basic kitchen knife into a precision slicer, so I set out to create this piece. It performs remarkably well, consistently producing uniform cuts with minimal manual effort required. A sliding mechanism is incorporated, allowing users to adjust the thickness of the slices at will. Moving the slider towards the top yields thicker slices, while moving it closer to the bottom produces thinner ones.
