Kitchen Garden, a modular ebb & flood hydroponic system.

Designed for 80mm square pots. Included is the script which generates everything with FreeCAD. If you are really adventurous you can tweak it to customize.

Printing: PETG, 0.4mm nozzle 0.3mm layers (or less, this already takes a week to print). No supports needed. 4 perimeters, 3 solid bottom & top layers. Use a 10mm brim for reservoir parts to prevent warping.

Images are from a prototype print, it's not quite 1:1 with the current thing.

What prints you need:
- One set of left_reservoir, left_cups, pump_hose_connector.
- One set of right_reservoir, right_cups, drain_tube.
- Zero or more middle_reservoir, middle_cups.
- Appropriate lids, you want to prevent dried leaves, petals and whatnot from getting to the reservoir. You also don't want too much light in there turning it to an algae farm...

Other stuff needed:
- Epoxy resin to join parts and coating the inside of the reservoir to ensure it's waterproof.
- A small 2.5W submersible pump. Small is good, you don't want to create a fountain.
- A bit of hose to connect the pump and grow trays.
- A digital timer to turn on the pump for 10 minutes every 4 hours or so (during daytime).
- Hydroponic nutrients.

- Lights. Plants like lights. Arrange them as you see fit.
