Purpose: HQLP - High Quality Low Poly Architecture Kit-Bash Model. Key Features: The model is broken down into separate materials or accessories, allowing each item to be easily distinguished, such as a cabinet being one mesh and the vase/plant being another. It's designed for large interior and exterior scenes where the models and textures should be viewed from a medium to far distance. Models are scaled using real-world units, making it possible to place 3D characters on chairs or relative items that match human heights and sizes. To create smooth edges without additional geometry where not needed, the model includes geometric subdivisions in strategic areas. Textures are optimized for each geometry size to maximize viewport stability and reduce RAM usage when rendering large scenes. All textures are seamlessly tiled, with UV's unwrapped or procedural where required for accurate direction and repetition. Materials are labeled within a Multi-Sub Object for easy access and identification, while diffuse textures are re-used in most cases with a color correction node to allow for quick editing by the user. While not game-ready materials, they are designed to emulate a PBR setup. File Format: Models are ready for Vray & Corona, designed specifically for these render engines, and appear identical in both. They are available for 3dsmax 2016+ and Blender 2.8 with adjusted materials to replicate the original model's appearance. Materials convert to Standard Materials when exported to FBX or OBJ format, and embedded textures remain intact.
