Kitchen Backsplash

Kitchen Backsplash

thingiverse

This is a simple kitchen backsplash designed to shield the wall from cooking heat. The intricate tile patterns are achieved by setting the initial layer pattern to concentric circles - check out the instructions for more details. This design should be printed with ABS plastic due to its resistance to heat from pots and pans, although PETG might work if there's enough space between the pan and the print. However, I haven't tested it yet. Each individual tile is connected to the next using a 3D pen, as described in the instructions below. The dimensions of each tile are: Large tiles: 150mm x 150mm Small tiles: 150mm x 50mm To create smaller tiles, simply scale them down in your preferred slicer software.
