Kitchen Aid Pusher

Kitchen Aid Pusher

thingiverse

I designed this KitchenAid pusher in Autodesk Fusion 360 since the one that came with my KitchenAid food processor was damaged. It appears that this acrylic material used for the pusher is highly prone to breaking. I created this design for any thermoplastic, but I printed it using woodfill plastic. I also considered using PET because it's more "food-safe certified." However, I'm not convinced that PLA is extremely toxic considering its chemical composition. This should work for model KFP0722ER, but I believe it will also work for other models. Print Settings: Printer Brand: Type A Machines Printer: 2014 Series 1 Rafts: None Supports: Yes Resolution: 200 microns Infill: 20% Notes: The model came out of Autodesk with its base on the side, but I strongly recommend printing it upside down, with the base and small hole at the top, making a "top hat" shape.
