Kitcar Pedal Box with brake Balance

This is a floor mount Pedal Box assembly designed for use in Offroad vehicles or Kitcars. i designed this particular one to use in a single seater crosskart. All parts need to be laser cut in sheet metal, 3.7mm and 2.7mm thickness. There are some machined parts required for the swivels in the pedals, turning these on a lathe from Nylon is recommended. I have not provided drawings for these as this is up to what ever size tube you have available to use for the swivel points. This is by no means a turnkey file, unfortunately everyones setups will be slightly different based on what you have on hand. for most of us who are this deep into a project like this, we have our preferred ways of doing things already. You will also need to adjust the mounting position/bolt pattern for the master cylinders which you have available. I have used 3 identical master cylinders which i believe are for a Jeep. Of course, do the calculations on the [pison] sizes you need for your application.
