PROTECTION KIT This project was made possible by the help of various Brazilian professionals to find a better solution for producing EPIs for doctors and people worldwide. The facial visor (Faceshield) is composed of 2 printed pieces in 3D, one transparent material sheet up to 331mm wide, and an elastic/velcro. The facial filter (N95 mask) is composed of 1 piece printed in 3D, 2 paper filters (coffee 102 or 103) overlaid, and an elastic/velcro. Improvements made considering other shared projects: ∞ Print time was reduced to up to 2 hours at 50mm/s ∞ The part is completely solid to allow resistance and reusability after higienization ∞ A press-fit system allows using transparent sheets of 0.3mm to 1mm thickness without the need for punching holes for encaixes, and enables the use of formats such as A4 and A3 (DXF cutting vector available + manual cutting guide on the edge)
