This is a mounting platform and sign bracket for the Cyclone-Raider kit card by Nakozen available at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4751456. These parts are designed to attach to a 3UDC pivot arm so that you can present this model anyplace you have a 3UDC socket. I picked up a partial nozzle clog near the end of this print. It created an interesting top surface that complements the print, but I could never replicate. You may have to move around to see how it fits the mount. It is actually mounted 90 degrees to usual with the rear legs being higher than the front to increase the viewing angle.
