Wheel for Kirkland brand plastic food wrap dispenser. The original product has plastic "bushings" at either and and relies on the cardboard of the box to keep everything in line. Over time and being dropped the box broke, meaning the dispenser didn't work anymore. I have no idea why the original piece is an octagon, it seems like a rectangle or semi-circle might be a more optimized shape. Perhaps more suitable for injection molding? Regardless, I copied it in the easiest possible fashion.
