Kirigami Bed Fan Mount

This bracket allows you to mount a 4010 or 4020 axial fan to the underside of the Kirigami Bed to improve the heat-up time of the chamber for the Voron V0 printers. The bracket has 2 integrated Wago 221-412 mounts to allow easier wiring for the bed heater, together with 2 JST-XH connectors for connecting the thermistor and fan to the bracket itself. The fan has a grill that directs the air to the sides of the bed and not onto the thermistor mounted to the underside of the bed (which results in klipper ‘verify_heater’ issues due to direct cooling of the bed thermistor). If you still experience issues with ‘verify_heater’ consider limiting the maximum power or increasing the value of ‘check_gain_time’ under ‘verify_heater’. In my experience, the chamber will heat up to +40 C° in the time it takes the bed to reach 110 C°, and I clearly see a difference with/without the fan heater.The Wago connectors are a press fit and can be opened/closed without popping out of the mount. The JST-XH connectors are also a press fit, that has two wiring channels with an integrated zip-tie mounting option. The JST connectors are constructed in such a way that they can be removed again afterward while keeping the wiring intact. The model is printed with standard Voron printing settings which are as follows:ABS or ASA materialIt has to be able to withstand the high temperatures of the bed as it is very close to the bed heater0.2 layer height0.4 layer width4 walls5 top/bottom layers40% infillNo support requiredThe bracket is attached to the Kirigami bed by using 4x (standard Voron) M3 heat inserts and M3x6 (BHCS) bolts.
