Yet another key holder, only with a bit of a Fallout twist :)

Print out a few of each of the thin spacers to go between the keys. The ones with flanges are designed to fit keys with larger holes than 3-4 mm. Use them to reduce the ability for the keys to move around.

Print instructions

Category: Organization Print Settings

Printer Brand: Prusa

Printer: Prusa Mk2

Rafts: No

Supports: No

Resolution: 0.1-0.2

Infill: ~20%

Post-Printing

Assembly

Assemble with M3x20 bolts and locking M3 nuts.

Stack the thin spacers between the keys so that they all together add up the same height as the tallest spacer.

How I Designed This

Design and simulated in Fusion 360
