The Clamp has an M5 hole, while the Mount Screw Cap is threaded for M5. Print the main housing flat on the bed with supports everywhere, using 0.2mm support Z distance and 10% support density in Cura. The main housing may warp if it separates from the support material, so you might need to experiment with different slicers or settings.\r\n\r\nUpdated January 28, 2018: Added new backplate with cable strain relief.
