This is a protective cover for the KS-18XL rim, extending the main EUC side covers. Its primary purpose is to eliminate the annoying high-pitched coil whine. The interior space can be filled with construction foam to enhance silencing performance. The "Silencer" detail covers half of each EUC side. A total of 2 right and 2 left covers plus latches are required. The left version is a mirror image of the right version. Recommended 3D printing parameters (PLA) include: - Cover body: 0.4mm, 100% infill, particularly for the "with support" version - Latch: 0.2mm, 0% infill, with 2mm walls The "...with support" version features 3D printing support for the tooth over the pedal bracket and a horizontal support for the latch hole. The horizontal support must be cut using a knife, while the tooth support can be simply broken. Additional sanding is required for the tooth, followed by the application of hot glue.
