KINGSO 80 inch Child/Pet Gate latch release
thingiverse
We've been using a baby gate to keep our dogs out of part of the house when they have to be left home alone. The main inconvenience is you have to push these metal buttons far enough into the frame to allow the gate to separate from its wall mounted bracket. We had been using an unsharpened pencil to depress the latches into the frame. Normally if you are trying to corral a baby you want to make sure they can't undo anything that puts them in danger. I however don't have kids to worry about. So I decided to make something quick and simple that would make it easier for us to move the gate out of the way when it isn't needed and could stay attached to the gate.
