Part 2 of my massive 3D London Underground tube station map project is now live. This busy station has an impressive 6 lines intersecting on a whopping 8 platforms. Did you know that the devastating King's Cross fire in 1987 claimed 31 lives, making it the deadliest accident to ever occur on the Underground? The tragedy sparked a wave of safety improvements and changes throughout the network. After being rebuilt in the early 2000s to accommodate Eurostar services, which relocated from Waterloo to St Pancras, the station reopened its doors to the public in 2007.
