Kingroon KP3S X axis tensioner redesign
thingiverse
The original part is a good idea but the design itself is not the best and the belt does run parallel to the X axis. The hole of the idler is not on the same level as the original one is. So I redesigned that X axis tensioner from scratch and it works fine. Use a M4x20 screw for the idler, a M4x25-30 screw to fix the outer frame to the X axis arm and a M4 screw for the knob with your desired length with a respective M4 nut in the knob itself. Check the third photo for a simple way to fasten the belt without a printed part as this did not line up as expected. Happy printing!
