Kingroon KP3S Stealthburner Toolhead Carriage Mount

This is the carriage mount for the Voron Stealthburner toolhead onto the Kingroon KP3S I designed a BLTouch mount into the middle, which is secured down by nuts that you insert. The BLTouch can be mounted higher if you put washers under it, but it is definitely finicky if you decide to. This uses the stock X limit switch. You do slightly lose maximum X because of the size of the toolhead. Remove the original metal carriage from the linear rail. Aside from this carriage that mounts directly onto the rails, the rest of the StealthBurner build process is the same. For the belt clamping, I'm using an M3 screw for one side and I remixed a belt tensioning clamp by alexberkowitz for the the other. Currently I'm using both the left carriage heat inserts for belt clamping because you loose maximum usable X if you use the right. When using the left carriage, I get a maximum usable X of 158.
