Kingroon KP3S Marlin TFT Shroud
thingiverse
This time there is no puny thin walls, too steep overhangs and friction fitting. Overall design is inspired by nehiLo's KP3S mount and select few(heights and fillets for screen cover) measurements are taken from there, shape of screen box is inspired by his KP5L mount. All other measurements are done by me and design itself was made to overcome shortcomings mentioned in opening jab. This design is for Marlin firmware, not stock(throw it out asap, it's garbage). Needs 4 M3x8 for screen cover, 2 M3x6 to attach box to stand, and 3 either M3x6 or M3x8(depending on overhangs quality in screw holes) to attach stand to base. Base is fixed inside printer by stock screws. On reasonably calibrated printer everything should fit snugly. Prints good enough in PETG with 0.2mm layers. I wouldn't advice PLA due to closeness to the bed.
