As the Kingroon KP3S has an external PSU (ZL-360-24) that needs its own place I designed a housing that can be screwed to the printers bottom. The original bottom cover is then attached to the bottom of this housing. It is divided into 8 parts so that it can be printed on this small printer as well. There is a holder for a RasPi3/4 Model B+ and a fan holder for two 60x60x10 mm fans. Those will replace the original noisy board fan... To get the printer more silent you can replace the original 18V PSU fan with a better 24 V fan. Check where support might be needed as some screw holes are indented. All the housing parts can be preassembled with 4 mm (8-10 mm long) PTFE bowden or rods holding it together until you screw it to the printer. The screws of the original bottom cover are held by M3 soldering threats. Some for the fan and Pi3/4 holder. This will be fiddling as you have to insert the PSU before you fasten the housing to the printer itself and then you can screw the PSU to the right side of the housing. Or you keep the right side off, screw all the other parts together and then slide the PSU in place and install the rest. After my own print I can say that everything beautifully fits together. Check the updated photos. Due to Chinese precision two screw axes (holes in the z axis mount and respectively on the bottom plate as well) did not properly fit but in the end it does not really matter... If required I can change this in the model and upload revised parts (base_left_2.stl and base_right_2.stl).
