This singular artifact stood between worlds and protected all those within from destruction by forces born outside their own realm. Its very presence drew the light from beyond the horizon, casting an ethereal glow over Sora, who wields it with pride. It was given to him by Ansem, an entity tasked with preserving hope's pure light that dwells within. In every sense of the word, it has come to be known as his true and sole possession.
