I designed a 50mm KDM base that adds some flair to the standard or small-faced versions, making it easier to customize. This foundation works well for the white lion and most of the core set quarry miniatures, including the antelope, king's man, hand, and butcher - which are the only ones I've built so far. The head is adapted from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:33503 with thanks to its creator.
