Kingdom Death 3d Board This is my rendition of the Kingdom death 3d board, first, the files are rather large 50-150 MB each for 22 columns in the board. Every single tile is separate and every print is for a vertical column. This is strictly for NON commercial printings, I know it is already in the file description but i have found that many people "did not see it" there. Also this file might be removed with the official release of the 3d board. My intent has never been to replace original licensed content, but to ADD to the experience, thus when the board gets released, this might be removed (will decide as we get there, it is still a ways off). The other instance where this might suddenly disappear is if Adam or anyone in the KD team requests it, and it will be removed immediately upon their request. I recommend labeling the tiles as they come off the bed using Lettered Columns and Numbered Rows (A1, A2, A3...... A16 for the first column for example) That way you can find the place of the tiles in case you misplace one (or many). These tiles are the same size and also have the same faces as the terrain v2 set! so you will be able to remove the pieces where you set up terrain and have an almost flat and even (as even as multiple faces and textures can give) playing surface. Some people suggested getting an acrylic or glass sheet setup so you see the texture but play on completely flat surface. Any way, this is my vision for how I want to play and the flexibility and look I expect for my games, if any of you are interested in doing bigger "chunks" of tiles you can make remixes of this file as needed with the appropriate attribution :p. None of the columns require supports, there are very few overhangs and those should print ok without supports. Every print takes 12-15 hours with my current setting on my Mk3, so this should take a healthy 22 days of printing, or 11 days with overnight prints. You could drill holes for magnets I am doing bools for the prints but that might take a lot longer and I wanted to release them soon. For now i recommend doing a frame for the tiles to avoid having to set up every time, I am doing a sheet metal and magnetic tiles. Finally... This is kingdom death, and have fun, and more than anything show your love of the game and avoid any and all recasters and non official products (this is non profit fan made). And don't let the darkness of the field of faces scare you, there is light... somewhere.
