King Song S22 Custom Replacement Front Bumper (Modular)

A custom front replacement bumper for the King Song S22. This is a modular design, you can choose to print only the front bumper or a version that has slots that supports extra bumpers on the left and right side that protects the battery case in case you are using 3rd party pads that does not cover that spot (as seen on the photos). The side bumpers come in two different sizes, print the one that fits with whatever pads you are using, I suggest measuring the area before choosing. Small Side Bumper - 45mm wide x40mm high x15mm deep (as seen on the photo) Large Side Bumper - 60mm wide x54mm high x20mm deep In my slicer I have added 3 support blocks on the front bumper to make solid infills in 3 strategic places to make the handle more robust when lifting the wheel, they are also in the included in the .3mf files which you can use or look at as an example. <strong>* To print non-modular front bumper only (no interest in the side bumpers)</strong> Download BumperNotModular.stl and/or BumperNotModular.3mf (for the support blocks) <strong>* To print modular front bumper and side bumpers</strong> <strong>Small side bumpers, download:</strong> ModularFrontBumper.stl ModularSideRightSMALL.stl ModularSideLeftSMALL.stl or ModularBumpers.3mf (contains both small and large side bumpers) <strong>Large side bumpers, download:</strong> ModularFrontBumper.stl ModularSideRightLARGE.stl ModularSideLeftLARGE.stl or ModularBumpers.3mf (contains both small and large side bumpers) <strong>The side bumpers slide onto the front bumpers protruding sliding mechanism, depending on print result sometimes there is enough friction to hold them firmly but to be sure one can either put a little bit of glue inside the sliding mechanism of the side-bumper or put some velcro or double sided tape between the side-bumper and battery case.</strong>
