Kinetic Art Springs

In a playful manner, this project was inspired by a Gif discovered at http://theinspirationgrid.com/app/uploads/2014/03/motion-david-szakaly-05.gif. It features 3 unique versions, all meticulously modeled using Solidworks 2016. The visuals were then brought to life through rendering with Simlab Composer 8 Mechanical Edition. For seamless editing, frames were processed with Virtualdub and converted to AVI/X264 and BMP formats. The video was later remuxed to MP4 format using MyMP4BoxGui. Gif creation was done with PhotoScape, while IrfanView was used for post-rendering edits. The 3D-PDF and SIMLAB files are equipped with animated features. The model is also available in various formats such as Solidworks 2016, Simlab Composer 8, DAE, STEP, IGES, Parasolid, OBJ, 3D-PDF, SketchUp, 3DS, DWF, and FBX.
