I engineered a custom fit for my Samsung UN40D6000SF television, ensuring a snug fit within the 1.2in (3.048cm) gap provided by the vendor. Designed without supports or unnecessary material, I optimized it for printing with 10% infill, thereby minimizing waste while maintaining structural integrity. This design was conceived using Fusion360 and brought to life on my Z18 printer.
