Kinect 360 Plug

The original design is suitable for use with 0.7mm diameter wire, which has a 21 awg gauge. However, I adapted it to work seamlessly with 0.5mm diameter wire, equivalent to a 24 awg gauge. As a result, you'll notice two center pieces in the images above. To assemble this adapter, I first inserted wires into their respective holes before securing the outer wires using epoxy resin. Next, I soldered them directly onto the power supply jack and USB cable. Finally, I applied a small amount of adhesive to the center piece and attached the copper connectors to it. The accompanying images should provide clear visual guidance on how to assemble this adapter. So far, my Kinect has been functioning perfectly with this custom-made adapter. To power the Kinect, I'm using a spare 12V, 2A IPTV box power supply.
