I purchased an LED light that can be powered by a USB connection. I also had a USB charger on hand. To complete my setup, I owned a Kindle 3rd generation that lacks built-in lighting. My next step was to create a support system for both the LED light and the USB charger so they could easily attach to the Kindle. Perhaps this project may be of some use to others, or it could simply provide inspiration for like-minded individuals.
