I built this for my girlfriend, who swears by its functionality. She claims it's tailored perfectly to her hand size, averaging out to a standard female fit. Her main gripe with e-readers used to be that they'd topple over when she laid down to read, their screens getting in the way. So I designed this holder to mount vertically, allowing her to read comfortably without worrying about the Kindle slipping off her lap. This orientation requires support all the way up, but the end result is a sleek and tidy print.
