Ninjaflex is too soft for making sharp turns from a table, this version addresses that issue. Print Settings Printer Brand: MakerBot Printer: MakerBot Replicator 2 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: Custom Infill: 50% Notes: To get the best results, you'll need to use the Ninjaflex feedhead available here. How I Designed This I thought this would be an easy project, but I ended up using a thicken command off an offset surface from Analog that I created. The button and hole interfered with a quick delete face, and I still wanted the interior to wrap around smoothly. So, it was quite a challenge beyond the first one. Worked Great It turns out, this design works great! I even used it to cut my daughter's name into it maybe 20 times – she bought the resin so her dad would make cases for her stuff.
