Kindle Fire Gen1 Case with stylus holder

Kindle Fire Gen1 Case with stylus holder

thingiverse

To create an electronic laboratory notebook, I repurposed an unused Kindle Fire by designing a case that positions it upside down, placing the power button and plug at the top. The back of the case slightly extends to prevent slipping on glass surfaces using a rubber material. Rubbery strips can also be added around the case's exterior for extra grip. A single screw secures the Kindle in place, while the stylus holder may require some adjustments through filing and use. The USB charging port needs modification with flush-cutters to fit due to the case's thickness, ensuring durability. Additionally, a raft design is included for 3D printing, though compatibility may vary depending on your printer model.
