Kiki Sun Catcher

My daughter is absolutely enthralled with anime, while I've been busy crafting sun catchers in my spare time. So, here's Kiki. This sun catcher features no fancy multi-material mechanisms whatsoever. The frame functions much like the lead in a stained glass window, requiring transparent filament for printing purposes. A deliberate change to black is necessary at the layer where the lead lines would typically be located. Once complete, the colored pieces are carefully glued into the corresponding gaps within the frame. I utilized PVA glue and allowed it to set over several days to ensure a strong bond. The tolerances on this design are extremely tight, so you may need to lightly sand the parts down to achieve a proper fit, depending on your printer's specific tolerances.
