This is largely from scratch, but I did use profhankd's flange to flange distance. I have a Sony NEX6 and a NEX7, so this might be tight on an a7. Screw the threads together to loosen them up a bit, but assemble it on the lens. It could be made removable by increasing the gap in the Kiev mount for the aperture control arm, but that would weaken it and add light leak risk. Best to just print one for each lens.
