My wife's class was diving into renewable energy using the Kidwind Turbine Kit: https://www.vernier.com/product/kidwind-basic-turbine-building-parts/. The kits only included one hub, but they were able to purchase extra hubs for her students, allowing groups of kids to build and then test their designs on the windmill.
