This toy is designed for kids to have fun. Simply flip the toggle and five LEDs will start moving back and forth, bringing a futuristic vibe from Star Trek into your home. My 5-year-old enjoys using this gadget a lot. The soldering on this was less difficult than my previous children's electronics project.
