Kids Snowboard Binding

WARNING: These haven't been tested for strength yet. My daughter wanted to snowboard like dad so instead of spending a couple hundred dollars on something she might not enjoy, I decided to make her a snowboard instead. The snowboard was made out of laminated timber with threaded inserts to mount the bindings. The bindings were designed to fit some standard kids' snow boots. After printing the bindings, I annealed them in the oven to add a little extra strength (not that I really needed to due to print settings). Due to the annealing process, the parts shrunk a little so hole spacing was measured afterwards so they are far from a 'standard' spacing. As such, if someone was to try and build this, I would advise designing another mounting plate to suit existing snowboards or building the board too. For the straps I made, I wouldn't advise using these for an experienced child but for a first-time just to push/pull them around in the snow they should be fine. I had originally thought of using some 25mm straps with 7mm grommets but ended up cutting the existing buckles off and sewing in some others so that they would be easier to use in the snow and so that my daughter can take them off by herself. Materials: M5x12mm - 12qty M5 nyloc nut - 4qty 25mm strap - 2qty 25mm buckle - 2qty 7mm grommet
