Kids loom / Webrahmen
thingiverse
Build a simple loom with 3D-printed parts for kids to enjoy some quiet time with wool and wood. Construct the frame from solid wood, then print two copies of rahmen.stl, and screw them onto the wooden base. Give the finished loom to children along with some yarn or wool, and watch them spend an hour or two weaving peacefully. The updated design features a longer, thinner "schiffchen" that catches threads perfectly. The 3D-printed parts have fingers with undercuts that help grab the thread tightly. Make sure to place these undercuts facing outwards so they can catch the yarn smoothly and evenly.
