My 9-year-old son snapped one of his crutches in two, prompting an urgent quest for a makeshift replacement. Replacing it took only two hours from start to finish, so the design must be straightforward and printing with a 0.8 nozzle using 0.5mm thickness at 30mm/s was a good choice.
