Kids Coat Rack “Animals”
thingiverse
A great coat rack for kids in the nursery teaches them to maintain order and discipline from an early age. It's especially effective if the child likes the fun animals on this coat rack, making it a delightful addition to their room. The construction process is straightforward yet remarkably solid. I built this project using a desktop CNC machine from Stepcraft with 11 mm beech plywood, which worked wonderfully with my spiral-toothed 3 mm flute tool. Next, I used Illustrator to trace the design onto my material, carefully fitting the shapes to match my specific dimensions. To get an accurate impression of the final product, I created a 3D model using computer-aided design software. For this project, I chose to use a 3mm spiral flute tool because its longer cutting edge is ideal for my usual tools and material thickness.
