These are basic little bike grips made for kid's bikes such as the JD Bug Balance Bike which has 20mm diameter handlebars. The inner diameter is 19.5mm, designed to fit tightly with a flexible material like rigid ink TPU I used, so if you use something hard you will need to scale accordingly. Wall thickness is an even multiple of 0.4mm all around, making it print solid without any infill (6 walls).
