Kids Batman Utility Belt
thingiverse
My son was set on being Batman for Halloween, and let me tell you, finding suitable toys was no easy feat - slim pickin's as they say. We decided to get creative and craft one from scratch instead. Our aim was simplicity and customizability, so we designed a utility belt that slides effortlessly over the top of his regular belt. Each kid can arrange their gadgets exactly how they see fit. We browsed through several other toy belts and handpicked specific components for our creation. My son was an active participant in this process, carefully explaining which features he wanted to include. With this custom belt on, my little one has been saving the world non-stop, bringing a smile to his face and maybe even sparking happiness in others along the way! Here's a rundown of my printer settings: My trusty Lulzbot Mini gets regular use, and I apply these same settings to every print job. As for nozzle size, we're working with 0.5 mm. For thickness, we stick to increments of 0.5 - so if I go for a thickness of 1, there'll be two passes, while 2 gets me four. In all prints, the following settings are the norm: Infill: Zero percent Thickness: 2 Baton Batarang This one's a breeze to print, and I was more than pleased with the result. The top part posed an interesting 'bridge' challenge, but my Lulzbot performed admirably, producing a near-perfect outcome.
