I Crafted a Child-Sized Face Shield for My Boys. Their heads measure around 50cm in diameter, making it an ideal fit for them. The face shield itself is an A5 size, which is roughly half of an A4 sheet. To facilitate easy use, I spaced the holes precisely for a standard 2-hole punch, with one hole centered and the other two on either side. To put the shield in place, simply flex the sides forward and then release to secure it snugly around their faces.
